Linda Mulhall, Canadian West Coast Artist

About Me

"The Earth inspires me.  Her beauty and complexity enthrall me and feed my soul.

I hope my paintings in some small way reflect her magnificence.  Enjoy!"

ABOUT ME

I have painted all my life.  Not always successfully, but I always loved to paint.  The feel of the paint on my brush, working with colours and texture.  I love to create beauty.  The west coast and the earth constantly draw me in, and I struggle to find ways to explore and interpret the essence of this experience.

I am aiming for capturing feeling rather than replicating.  At the same time I am interested in the interior journey and some of my paintings explore this theme more directly.

I work in acrylic and mixed media on paper, canvas and cradle board.  While my works on canvas and cradle board can be hung as is, works on paper are professionally mounted on acid free foam core, sprayed with Krylon and framed.

Enjoy!
